My garden has produced more zucchini than one family could possibly eat, please send recipes before I start leaving them on strangers' porches. |

Zucchini bread! Grate it up, mix with flour, sugar, eggs, a little cinnamon and nutmeg, bake at 350. Freezes great too if you make extra loaves. |

try making relish or pickles out of the bigger ones, keeps forever in the fridge and uses up a ton at once |

just leave em on porches anonymously, thats the time honored Rivertown tradition every august, we all know it happens lol |

My mother used to fry it up thin sliced in cornmeal, nothing fancy but it always disappeared fast at the table. Give that a try.
