Zucchini is taking over, send help (and recipes)

My garden has produced more zucchini than one family could possibly eat, please send recipes before I start leaving them on strangers' porches.

Zucchini bread! Grate it up, mix with flour, sugar, eggs, a little cinnamon and nutmeg, bake at 350. Freezes great too if you make extra loaves.

try making relish or pickles out of the bigger ones, keeps forever in the fridge and uses up a ton at once

just leave em on porches anonymously, thats the time honored Rivertown tradition every august, we all know it happens lol

My mother used to fry it up thin sliced in cornmeal, nothing fancy but it always disappeared fast at the table. Give that a try.
