Fireworks over the river landing were something else this year

well we made it out to the river landing for the 4th and i gotta say that was one of the better shows in a while. did anybody get pics of the finale? my phone died right before it started of course

We were there too! Kids loved it, especially the big gold ones at the end. Getting out of the parking area after was a whole different story though.

yeah the parking is a mess every single year. had two cars blocking my driveway on the eastbank side for over an hour after it ended. somebody's gonna get towed one of these years

The volunteer fire dept had a booth set up selling raffle tickets for new equipment, glad to see that. Hope they raised a good amount.

only time of year i dont mind standing around doing nothing for two hours waiting on a show lol. worth it though

Back in the 80s they used to launch em right off the old mill dock, no barge needed. Different times. Glad the tradition is still going strong.
